Processing
We process and pack orders within 24 to 48 hours of purchase (business days). You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is in.
Delivery times
Every order is tracked door to door, and we email you the tracking number as soon as it's on the move. Once shipped:
- Canada: 2 to 4 business days
- United States: 3 to 8 business days
- Australia: 10 to 15 business days
- Everywhere else: 1 to 3 weeks
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs can add time on international orders.
Shipping rates
Canada: about CA$8.
United States: US$16.99.
Australia: about AU$28.
Everywhere else: US$24.99. Rates are set in US dollars and converted to your local currency at checkout, so the exact amount can shift slightly with exchange rates.
Free shipping
Orders with 2 or more items ship free within Canada. We don't offer free shipping to the United States, Australia, or anywhere else. Shipping out of Canada to those countries costs us more than we can absorb, and we'd rather charge it honestly than bury it in the price.
US import duties
New US tariffs apply to parcels entering the United States. These duties are paid by the recipient on delivery. They are not included in the product price or the shipping charge.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, Australia, and most other countries. If checkout accepts your address, we deliver to it.

Order stuck, tracking frozen, box arrived looking like a chew toy? Email us at hello@toqueandpooch.com and a human will sort it out. And if the Bowl isn't right for your dog, our Tail-Wag Guarantee applies: email us at hello@toqueandpooch.com within 60 days for a full refund.
